First Kiss

Sir Zorro el Bandito de Besos

Jen: We went up to my house on Sunday for family dinner which ended up being at a neighbor’s house. This was the first day he met the rest of my family! Afterwards, we took my dog, Sir Zorro el Bandito de Besos (Bandit), on a walk. I list his full name to prove a point. Our dog steals kisses. As my mom would say, he is a lover pooch, and he gets jealous. It was a beautiful evening and we went for a walk on the golf course. We stopped on a hill just as the sun was setting, and he leaned in to kiss me! Bandit had previously been walking around loose off his leash, but when he spotted us, he came running. Ryan held Bandit off with one hand, and as he kissed me he stated that he should receive “style points” for his execution of a kiss while warding off the pups. It was hilarious.

Ry: Jen kind of freaked me out. A lot. The day after our mega date, she invites me up to her house in Bountiful to a family dinner. Say what!? One date, and I’m already meeting the family. Crazy? Well, we went to the dinner and I had fun meeting her family and the neighbors.

Later, we went for a walk with her dog, Bandit, and we held hands. We got to continue our talk from earlier and ended up atop a hill on a golf course. I leaned in to kiss Jen, but was thwarted by Bandit who was very intent on licking EVERYTHING. I can imagine him thinking, “Hey, I’M the one who gives the kisses around here, pal. If you got a problem, then I think WE got a problem....”

I later continued to freeze to death.
